Wilder Madness is a surreal, genre-blending feature film that follows Melody, a young Black woman from Washington, DC, on a gripping journey to find her missing mother in a rural town dominated by its penitentiary. As Melody is pulled deeper into the woods and secrets of this strange place, she encounters arsonists, undead beasts, serial killers, and a community fractured by incarceration and loss.
